To test the reliability of our software SmartDalton, we compare the results obtained using SmartDalton and 2 other softwares, 1) the widely used Automated Mass spectral Deconvolution and Identification System (AMDIS) and 2) an open source software. Firstly, we uploaded the same GC-MS data to all 3 software. Analyzing the TIC time range of 16.806min to 16.966min, we obtained the results from all the softwares and made a comparison in the table below. The results clearly show that SmartDalton provides the user with accurate and precise information of the deconvoluted peaks. Furthermore, SmartDalton is the only software which is able to provide an estimation of the concentration profile of the deconvoluted peaks.

*Results do not match well with NIST library.
